She was great through the entire process as this was our first time buying our first home. We thought the process of buying a home would be long and complex. Anastasia made the home buying experience quick and easy, and making sure we do t miss a step in the process. We’re truly grateful for her knowledge in the market and taking her time to find the right home for us.

I worked with my realtor Anastasia for two years. She was very patient with me being that I’m very particular and wanted the perfect home for my family. She was very patient never got upset and always made sure that we were in understanding of what was going on. We didn’t purchase last year because we didn’t find anything that met all the checkmarks. Anastasia always made sure to remind us that it was OK and that we didn’t have to rush. This was potentially our forever home we were searching for and that it was no pressure on finding something immediately. I say that you say, in two years we looked at over 100 homes and she never made us feel rushed to buy. I’m one of those people you can say are simply complicated yet I know exactly what I want and she was gracefully OK with that. Anastasia is very resourceful in finding any professionals you may need. This may be contractors, landscaping, roofers, hvac, or even financing. Anastasia is also very responsive when it comes to getting things done. We were able to close on our home early, even after being told by our loan officer it wasn’t a possibility. She’s great at getting a hold of the contacts that are needed, and setting up any appointments or inspections in a timely manner. She takes more of a hands off approach on choosing your future home, which I valued because it’s more important what you want and are looking for. She will work with your schedule, whether it be weekends or evening or earlier mornings. She was also able to get us a $10,000 credit at closing. Highly recommended.
