We recently sold our personal residence through Anastacia Lewis. We sought her advice and recommendations on the types of repairs and upgrades that it made economic sense for us to do in preparation for putting the house on the market and we were very pleased with the guidance she provided and we were "over-the-top" satisfied with the number of offers we received and the final price that we got for the house after working through the specifics of all of the offers. This was actually our fourth opportunity to work with Anastacia, over the past five years she guided us in the purchase of two properties that renovated and setup as rental properties and she assisted us with the sale of a property that we renovated as a Flip Property. We were greatly satisfied with the two rental property purchases and Anastacia staged the critical areas of the property we flipped and we were very satisfied with the speed of the sale as well as the price we received.
