Words can NOT express how grateful my family and I are for everything that Anastacia has done for us over the past 15 months. As first-time homebuyers, we did not have any knowledge of how this whole process works. Anastacia educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Her guidance in understanding the mortgage process made us feel at ease. She came to every single appointment with us, from pre-drywall inspection, to walk-through, and final inspection. Anastacia checked EVERYTHING in our home from nanometer to nanometer. She checked things that we would never think of checking. She made sure that everything was fixed before we moved in, from cosmetics, windows, electric, and exterior of the home. We applied for our house back in February 2023 and closed yesterday May 22nd 2024. Throughout this whole time, Anastacia was by our side. Anastacia went out of her way to guide us on what we needed to gather from the documents and how to do it. She would spend HOURS on the phone with us and our loan officer and loan processor. It did not matter if we called at 10am or 10pm, Anastacia always answered and took care of everything RIGHT AWAY!! She is very professional, extremely educated, kind, caring, dedicated, and hardworking! I wholeheartedly believe and know that we would have not gotten our dream home if it wasn't for Anastacia.
