AMYLINN NEMETH

Had a wonderful experience working with Amylinn. She was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She was always available to answer questions and kept me informed every step of the way.

Amylinn was fabulous.... I wasn't in town for the entire process and she not only listed my home to its best advantage but she handled everything whenever i couldnt be there. Very happy!!

Amylinn is an expert on the local market because she is a true local agent. From listing our house to closing she kept us informed along the way and was always quick to respond to anything we needed. She priced our house right and had a great marketing plan.

Amylinn went above and beyond throughout our entire home-buying journey, especially when it came to getting everything our lender needed and advocating for us during a very challenging process. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time of day, and made us feel supported every step of the way. We are so grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Selling a home while preparing for a cross-country move wasn't easy, but our agent made the entire process feel manageable. Amylinn was always quick to respond, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly had our best interests at heart. Thank you much!!!

Amylinn is the consummate real estate professional. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. We had an offer after our first open house, and she helped us manage the process from offer to contract to closing seamlessly. She guided us through inspections and all related paperwork, connected us with high-quality tradespeople, and helped us manage post-closing details. Our contract with her came with complimentary moving boxes AND a cleaning service after we moved out. We would choose her again without hesitation. She is the best there is.
