Amy is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. She was helpful with staging prior to hurricane Ian. After the hurricane, she immediately sifted into recovery mode in giving great advice on how to make the house more salable and recommended a person to do some minor repairs. She helped minimize the drop in price that we had to take because of the hurricane. She was excellent in communicating what was happening throughout the process.
