Amy is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. She was helpful with staging prior to hurricane Ian. After the hurricane, she immediately sifted into recovery mode in giving great advice on how to make the house more salable and recommended a person to do some minor repairs. She helped minimize the drop in price that we had to take because of the hurricane. She was excellent in communicating what was happening throughout the process. I recommend her without any reservation.

Amy was super professional. She knew the market very well and was very helpful with trying to understand what had happened to the market since Hurricane Ian!
