After my mother died, I (unfortunately!) decided to sell her house in Delray Beach. I did not consider working with any of the myriad realtors and developers who called and emailed within days of her death, eager to provide a quick sale. Amy Sidell at Stein Posner sent a letter, offering her assistance and expertise, and I called her when I was ready. Amy and Ron Posner met with me to provide an overview of their services and to present their market analysis. Amy took the lead thereafter, and provided invaluable assistance with ever aspect of listing and sale - from recommending movers and clean-out agents, organizing small repairs, and even mailing packages to family members, to numerous calls and discussions as the pandemic (which hit right as we were moving to initial closing) derailed the initial offers. She managed a second round of offers and assisted with the remote closing. The initial offer and expected sale price was above expectations, but due to pandemic effects the final sale price was lower than expected - nothing at all within Amy's control. Because I did not live locally, knowing that Amy was checking on the property regularly and staying in close contact with prospective buyers was invaluable. I could not have hoped for a better experience at a very difficult time.
