This is our third home that my wife and i have purchased together, and it was by far the best experience we have had yet. Amy was very attentive to our needs. easy to get a hold of when we needed her assistance with anything. Amy's video show casing of our home through social media was very instrumental with the sale of our home. It was only on the market three days and had multiple offers, all over asking which created a bidding war. Her expertise shined especially with the negotiations and counter offerings. With anything that came like repairs that needed to be done on the fly or getting estimates to fix them if needed, she took care of it and at a very resendable price. But what really shocked us, our family members and all our friends, that upon that sale of the home she arranged to have movers move us out and into the new home as a GIFT! This took a lot of burden of our shoulders. As for helping us purchase our retirement home. We told her what we were looking for a home in a 55 and older community with all the perks, and in the price range, and location that we needed. She researched the areas thoroughly and she was available for whatever time or day that we were available to look at these homes. She found what we were asking and in our price range and location. Thanks to all her social media Advertising She had offers on the first day of the open house. We reviewed offers on the 3rd day.
