We have owned our home in Florida for many years. The time had come to make the emotional decision to sell and we could not have had a better realtor to support us through the process. We live in the UK so we had to do everything by phone e mail and messaging. We had complete trust in Amy and this was well founded. Amy supported us as manager for our property in Auburndale for nine years, she was very attentive and available to help us as landlords and our tenants as well. Organizing repairs, keeping on tops of the multiple issues and the occasional 'challenging' situations that we all face in renting real estate. We have sold our units and the tenants were saddened to learn that she would no longer be managing the properties. We would recommend Amy to anyone looking for a property manager.
