Amy O'Connor

We have been so fortunate to work with Amy in both the buying and selling process of our home. Throughout both processes, she advised us thoroughly and communicated exceptionally well at all times. It can be a stressful time but Amy takes a lot of that away with her personal yet diligent approach. She was available 24/7 to discuss anything we needed and her expertise in the process simply cannot be understated. Because of the experience we had with Amy when we were buying our home, when it came time to sell there was only one person we wanted to work with. Without doubt, she is the best real estate professional that we have worked with and we would highly recommend her to anyone in the future.

Amy was great every step of the way. helped me realize i should just get on the property ladder versus trying to find my dream forever home. was wonderful during contract negotiations as well. definitely hope to use her during selling this home when i have it fixed and ready.

The journey to buying our first home started when we were moving to Louisville from a different state and Amy went above and beyond to find us a place to rent that would fit the needs of our family. Later, as we started looking to buy a house, It was amazing to see how she would put her heart and genuine willingness to guide, educate, and being an emotional support as the road of buying house could bring some challenges. Amy truly brings a high level of quality service to her clients as well as sharing genuine joy for achieving goals. We as a family highly recommend her as the journey of buying a house was an amazing one because of her. Thank you Amy

Amy is fantastic! She was our perfect realtor. She responded quickly, offered great advice, and respected our preferences. Whenever a new listing popped up, she got us showings fast! We found our dream home and already miss house-hunting weekends with her. We strongly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

Amy is amazing! The BEST realtor in the word!! She went above and beyond. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new home seamless. We feel so blessed that she was our realtor . She is always happy to help, and the most supportive and joyful. We are now in our dream home and cannot say Thank You enough to Amy for everything she has done. We recommend Amy O’Conner wholeheartedly! Thank you Amy !!

Amy has been a tremendously trustworthy and reliable facilitator for all my home buying/selling experiences. I love how easy and quick she is to communicate with via text, which can be important in a fast-moving home buying environment. Amy brings a personalized "part of the family" vibe and works hard for her clients. I'm so happy with the condo she helped me find and I hope I never need to move, but if I do Amy will be my first call.
