We sold a home and then bought a home with Amy. She is fabulous. When selling our home, Amy was very knowledgeable about what we could do to have our home in top notch shape for selling and being attractive to buyers, and she did her research in what homes were selling for in our area and helped us price it just right. We listed it mid-week, she held an open house that same weekend, and on Day 6 we had a contract (from some open house attendees!) Amy's attention to detail and quick correspondence throughout the contract negotiation process made it an easy and quick process. She also assisted us in buying a home. She was so pleasant to work with while we searched for the perfect home for our growing family. She was attentive to the needs and wants that we had on our list for a new home. She searched for and took us to houses that were only within the budget we had designated and most importantly to us, within the Knoxville area in which we wanted to live. And Amy always has a smile on her face and was happy to help our family. Buying a home with Amy was a very pleasant and easy experience.
