Working with Amy, our realtor, was truly an exceptional experience

Working with Amy, our realtor, was truly an exceptional experience. From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism and care that immediately put us at ease. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Amy guided us through every step with patience, clarity, and genuine support. She never rushed us, always made sure we understood our options, and consistently went above and beyond to help us feel confident in our decisions. What stood out most was her ability to combine expertise with compassion. Amy provided thoughtful, professional insight on homeownership, from evaluating properties to understanding long‑term considerations we hadn’t even considered. She was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart. Thanks to Amy’s dedication and hard work, we found a home that truly fits us. We are deeply grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is not only skilled but also caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping home buyers achieve their goals.

TL;DR: First-time buyers, very picky, mildly anxious—Amy handled everything with total competence, expert strategy, local knowledge, and exceptional communication. We got a competitive house we love and felt completely supported by her throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we entered the Hudson Valley market the way one enters a haunted house—hopeful, yet tense and fairly certain something would jump out and scream “all-cash offer.” We were also looking for something very specific: an old house with history, quirks, and just enough charm to justify questionable electrical and insulation choices. Amy understood us immediately. Amy has the rare ability to be both extremely competent and deeply calming. She explained the entire process clearly, answered every question (including the ones we asked twice but phrased slightly differently), and never once made us feel foolish for being first-time buyers with a lot of feelings. She was unfailingly responsive, punctual, and generous with her time. Coming from NYC, we relied heavily on her scheduling and efficiency. She knows the area inside and out (local lenders, lawyers, inspectors, sellers’ agents) and connected us with exactly the right people to get the deal done. Her experience during the inspection process was invaluable, and her negotiation skills were impressive. Against stiff competition and with Amy’s guidance we ended up with a house we love! We would recommend Amy without hesitation. We were very lucky to have found her.

Amy is absolutely wonderful to work with

Amy is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is responsive over both text/phone and really listened to us when it came to helping us find our home. She emphasized that it was important for us to find the right place, on our timeline. Leading up to the offer and closing she helped us navigate the process which was so helpful as a first time home buyer myself. She knows the area very well and it's clear she cares about her clients.

I cannot thank Amy enough for her expertise and support throughout the process of buying our first home. Amy has an extraordinary skill set and unmatched ability to function on many levels simultaneously. She gave us the confidence to definitively make the most important financial decision for our future and functioned as an advocate, a guide, a teacher, and even a therapist.
