About Amy Lilly -

Welcome to My Story of Houses, Hustle & Heels. Real estate isn't just my career—it's in my DNA. While I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2017, my real estate experience started decades earlier. I grew up watching my dad build homes, sell mobile homes, manage rental properties, and help families find places to call home. Over the years, I've worn almost every hat in the industry. I've flipped houses, owned rental properties, managed renovations and staging projects, worked as an office manager, served as an Agent Care Administrator, worked as an MLS Director, and trained REALTORS® on the tools and systems they use every day. Those experiences have given me a unique perspective that few agents can offer. For years, I supported agents behind the scenes before stepping into sales and bringing that knowledge directly to my clients. Today, I help buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence, clear communication, and honest advice. I proudly serve Kanawha, Putnam, and Cabell Counties and have deep roots throughout West Virginia. I'm a proud mom, grandmother of eight, community volunteer, and passionate advocate for our local real estate industry. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS® and remain actively involved at the local, state, and national levels.
