Then her advice was dead-on in helping us decide on attractive offer price and terms; allowing us to beat out other offers in a highly competitive market. Even more impressive was her ability to market our two homes for sale. On her advice and diligent research we listed them with aggressive pricing and both homes received multiple offers above asking price. Frankly; I initially resisted her suggestions to invest time and money on some items to freshen up the homes. I'm so glad she convinced me as I believe I was rewarded 2 fold for the investment. She followed-up with us on every step and was a joy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
