Based on a friend’s recommendation after interviewing 3 agents, we chose Amy Lacy to help us sell our home. That was one of the best decisions we ever made as she did a perfect job. So we encouraged my in-laws to also contract with Amy to sell their house after they interviewed others including the son of a close family friend. Again an excellent decision. This latest sale was complicated by several contingencies and a short timeline. The buyer’s agent was a newcomer and Amy unfortunately had to continually educate her on the process. One time an important document needed to be signed just before settlement. The buyer signed it, and his agent sent it to Amy 6.5 hours later. Amy in turn confirmed the document and sent is to us 4 minutes later. Through email, texting and phone calls, Amy provided us with immediate feedback and advice, including during weekends and July 4th. Professional, personable and prompt, Amy was the ideal agent to work with. We have recommended Amy to a close friend. Her house was contracted immediately upon listing.
