Amy was the only realtor to walk through my house with me and actually take notes. After the tour was over, she explained the strong points and weak points of the house. She showed me what other homes were going for in the area and explained why she came to the selling price she suggested. From there Angela was my go--to at the firm. She was always keeping in touch - keeping me updated and took care of anything I needed. The house had a bid on it within two weeks after it was listed. Sold in 60 days. Highly recommend this group.

I can't say enough nice things about the Amy Kite team. They were great at answering our questions and totally helped put my anxiety on selling my home at ease. There pictures made our home look beautiful I think I didnt know it could look that good. Our home was contingent after 5 days on the market. We had a load of offers. Sherry helped up pick the best one and everthing was timely we were sold and out in a month total it was awesome. Highly recommend they are a great team
