Amy kept after the sale of our property through a rather tedious process and got the price we wanted in the end. She was positive and cheerful through it all.

Amy and I met over coffee to discuss my needs and marketing of my home. She was professional and honest with expectations and realty. As a seller one believes their house is worth more then anyone else's, never the less Amy provided comp's as well as history in my neighborhood to market the home. Amy's company listed the home with the usual MLS and Amy also listed the home on social media. When I was out of town she met Lowes delivering my appliances, twice. Open house she brought items to stage the home and the home sold. Amy was easy to get a hold of and answered my questions promptly.

My wife and I barely had any experience with how the housing market worked and when we decided to look for a house for us in December 2021 (When Real estate was going crazy) we knew we needed more than a fair amount of help for that, and thankfully we chose Amy as our realtor. The first thing about Amy was that she had a no nonsense approach to the work and wanted us to trust and commit fully to her going forward. We took the leap and as it turned out things could not have gone any better for us. During the search phase Amy was very responsive to our queries, prompt in getting viewing slots and was not shy to share her views when needed. Even with the offers she had some great insights from her decades of experience which eventually helped us seal the deal for the house which we loved, within a month of starting the search. She followed up with the buyers agents promptly and was on top of any changes/information/new properties getting listed. During the escrow phase we were also benefited immensely with some of her contacts. She makes sure she doesn't push but have good contacts available if we ask for it. Also she is great with the research to provide comps for the appraisal and in our case got us an appraisal (courtesy her amazing comps) which was way beyond the listed price. She was very helpful with many queries we had and was always on top of the status with all stake holders making sure our house was closed within an accelerated timeline of just 18 days. Overall it was a pleasure working with Amy and my wife and I can't recommend her enough to our friends who are looking for their dream home.

Amy was very helpful, as we were first time home buyers with no knowledge on the process. She was very patient and helped us find a home that best fit our needs for our starter home. I highly recommend Amy to anyone who needs a good realtor :)

Amy is a wonderful soul! She worked with my parents when they relocated and constantly encouraged me to dive in. Our family would not be in our own home if it weren’t for her and her diligence and knowledge of the industry. I would recommend her hand over foot any day of the week.
