She comes to properties prepared to inform me of anything that I may need to know and. She has always done a great job tracking down additional information about properties and during negotiations she will offer an opinion if asked. She does a great job getting offers in on a timely fashion and also puts pressure on the seller to make a decision timely with her contracts
