Amy knew what we were looking for and found exactly that. We found the right neighborhood, a little bit of a fixer upper with some updates, a yard, a garage, extra bedrooms for our future and more. She talked us through the process to make it easy for us to understand as first time home buyers. Also, from the beginning we were given a packet as to what to expect. Everything is in there! Anytime I had a question about absolutely anything she responded right away. To me, that's very important with being a first time home buyer as this is a huge purchase that I knew hardly anything about. She was also very helpful in the negotiation process.
