I ORIGINALLY TOLD AMY WHAT MY SALES GOAL WAS, AND SHE IMMEDIATELY SAID TO ADD $12,000 TO THE ASKING PRICE....WE ENDED UP GETTING ANOTHER $4,000 ON TOP OF THAT. HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE MARKET AND AREA ARE EXTENSIVE. IF I EVER NEED AN AGENT AGAIN, AMY WILL BE MY FIRST CALL.
