Amy Friedman is an amazing realtor and assisted us all the way with our new build up to closing. It was a long process with many delays due to Covid related labor and material shortages, and she was really patient and helpful. Amy kept us informed and provided the necessary guidance and at each phase of the build. This was our first time building from ground up and we had no prior experience. Consider yourself lucky if Amy is your real estate agent. I was in a difficult situation as executor of an estate that was out of state. Amy did an excellent job guiding us through the negotiation and closing of the property. She was an excellent negotiator with both purchase price and selling the furniture. Since we were out of town she set up the inspections and the virtual closing along with recommending a painter and closing attorney. She also assisted our builder on remodeling the unit prior to our moving in. Would highly recommend Amy, She is the best realtor we have worked with and this was the 11th property we have purchased.
