During 20 years as an Industrial Engineer and Corporate Manager, Amy Ewing developed expertise in efficiency, optimization and training. Combining that experience with her interest and understanding of the real estate market allows her to provide options and solutions tailored to her individual clients allowing for a streamlined process and professional experience.
Amy purchased her first investment property at the age of 22 and has continued to invest in both residential and commercial real estate. These experiences broaden her knowledge of contracting, renovation and staging, as well as keep her up to date on current costs and trends.
From 2013 to 2017 Amy was a board member and Treasurer of ReRun Thoroughbred Adoption, a 501c3 charity dedicated to the rehoming of Thoroughbred horses once their racing careers have ended. She was also involved in the daily care and rehabilitation of the horses giving her insight into the unique needs of those looking to purchase or sell horse properties.
Since relocating to Gates County 20 years ago she has developed a deep connection with Northeastern NC and its communities. Whether boating on the local waterways or driving the rural roads through the breathtaking farmland, Amy loves the geographical diversity of our area.
