When I contacted Amy to sell my home (via referral of my neighbors who also had a great experience with her), she took time to understand my goals and timeline surrounding a possible move. She set very real expectations for the sale and price - except she exceeded them all! She sold our home barely 4 hours on the market, but negotiated appropriate terms so we had time to find a new one. Amy was match made in heaven! She came to be my realtor via a program with my lender and I couldn't have asked for a better person. She was patient with me & my questions. I'm a research type of person but Amy took the time to educate me on things to look for & take into consideration that I didn't even think of and found me the perfect place.
