Amy was able to effectively get my condo sold for what I considered to be the best price for the market, and to a buyer who was particularly picky about insignificant imperfections throughout the inspection. Starting with bringing in a "stager" and professional photographer to present the property in the best possible light, and negotiating with the buyer to keep him interested, I give her a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Very rarely, was it not easy to get in touch with her, and I had no doubt she was working on my property relentlessly the whole time.
