My wife and I used Amy to help us purchase our first home in 2017. Being first time home buyers, we weren't exactly sure what we were getting into, but Amy helped us each step of the way. We met with her in January and moved into our home by March! The market moves fast, but a lot of that is due to Amy's work ethic - sending us options, taking us on home visits, etc. She kept things moving for us. When we finally settled on a home, she helped us put together a really compelling offer (since we were paying cash, we were one of the lower offers and had find other ways to make our offer compelling, like splitting closing costs). She even had a relationship with the selling agent (she's pretty well connected to the Nashville real estate scene) and I don't think that hurt, either 😉 After we purchased the home, she kept us updated on things that weren't even really her job (for example: reminding us to pay property taxes). Over the years, we have recommended her to multiple friends and would recommend her to anyone.
