This included assisting with changing our search and offering strategy and being willing to organize and accompany us on an afternoon of viewings. She clearly had a sense of how to best position our home but was willing to let us list and stage the property based on personal preference before adjusting the price and look, which, in the end, was successful. Amy takes great care of her clients and is a tremendous help every step of the way of the buying experience. We were in a time crunch and bought remote, so a great deal of trust must be placed in your realtor to go site unseen, Amy always went the extra mile even in fully booked days to go on site and show us what the homes looked like via video. In a red hot market you have to act fast and Amy did at every turn. She also was helpful post purchase in aiding us with information settling into a new area and everything that comes with moving into a new house. We got the home we wanted and would suggest Amy to anyone!
I’ve hired Amy as my realtor twice (once buying and once selling). I’ve worked with many agents in the past and none have compared to Amy. She has a strong attention to detail and looks out for her clients’ best interests. When we built our house in Nashville, she called around to the other agents who had represented buyers in the neighborhood and made sure any issues that had come up with them were covered in our contract. After we moved in and talked to neighbors, we were very grateful that Amy had done that due diligence to protect us. Amy has a lot of experience and knowledge of the market (she is her own broker too). She is well connected and forms good relationships with her clients and other realtors. Although, she is always professional, she is not afraid of confrontation if she needs to protect her clients. Communication is always quick (almost instant). Plus she’s a really nice person to work with. Our last move took us away from the Nashville area but I will definitely continue to recommend Amy to friends.

Amy Cannon gave us sound, solid advice through the process of selling our home, based on her 29 years of experience. There is no question that Amy is 100% invested in her clients and she works with outstanding dedication. She managed to generate 10 offers on our house and she patiently worked through all of them in order to find and negotiate the best offer for us and our situation. Amazingly ant the same time, Amy was juggling several contracts in addition to ours, yet we always felt as though we were her only client. In fact, she is so adaptable and accommodating that she arranged for us to close in my hospital room! In addition, she noticed something in closing that she brought up to the title company representative (something that the title company did where I am purchasing out of state). What she noticed could have been detrimental to the purchase of our new home, so she definitely had our best interest at heart! I highly recommend Amy for all of your real estate needs. If we were staying inTN, I would not call anyone else and I would tell everyone I ran into to call her about real estate.
