Amy is very knowledgeable about the Denver area market. She is very professional and a great communicator. She is able to clarify questions that come up. If she doesn't know an answer she works to find out. We bought and sold 2 different homes with her. Our last sell was due to moving out of state and she went as far as gathering information about real estate laws and procedures in our new state. She had several conversations with a real estate agent in our new state and she was able to relate the information to us in a way that understandable. We would highly recommend her for buying and selling a home.

I was a little nervous about selling my condo as it wasn't a standard property. Amy walked me through every step of the process. Her initial market research made all the difference. There were no other recently sold condos that matched the property but she was able to find a selling price that had buyers coming to showings in droves. Amy would contact realtors who had showings to get feedback and would get me as much information as possible about each offer so that I could pick the right buyer. When it was all said and done the condo sold a great price and Amy found a perfect buyer for my non-standard condo. I cannot recommend her more.
