Amy is knowledgable. That's obvious. Professional ... very. But the best to me is communicative. She's down to earth. I never feel she's talking down to me. She's straight forward. I wanted someone to help me though this rather difficult, for me, time and she's honest and kind, with a sense of humor, but nevertheless, professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

Amy was so patient with us when moved to CO from MN. She spent so many hours driving us around all of the suburbs to find the right fit. Immediately upon entry into homes we toured, she pointed out the most minute details that we would definitely have missed. This is the second time we’ve used Amy to selling a home. She has been great. She’s great on follow through and explaining things when we don’t understand the process, but can back off when we don’t need our hands held. Amy knows the market, whether it be homes or condos.
