From our very first meeting Amy made us feel very comfortable. She knew the market and understood what we were trying to accomplish. We located from Pennsylvania but that didn't take Away from the hands on experience she provided. Her communication skills are ahead above the rest. I had several question whether it was About the plans the time frame, the area we were looking for or the size of the home best for us. My headline really doesn't do Amy enough justice. When I met Amy, she immediately made my partner and I feel comfortable, like we had known her for years. She asked the right questions and actually made us feel like she cared (because she did), and didn't give me any canned corporate nonsense. She was an expert at all levels of the home selling process, and really took the time to answer all of our questions (it was the first time we had sold a home so we had A LOT of them). Even when we ran into bumps along the way and didn't know what to do, Amy had an answer and was able to get us back on track with her network of resources. I told her we couldn't have done this without her, and I truly felt that way. She guided us from start to finish and I had full confidence in her the whole time. My only regret is she couldn't help us find our new home since we moved out of state. Which this being my very first time seeing the home buying process, I was walking into it mostly blind.
