I was nervous about selling. Amy took the nervousness out of it for me. I felt free to express all of my concerns to her up front and she addressed each one in a timely manner. Our rental was not in good shape. We needed to decide whether to fix it up or sell it as is. She brought out two experts to offer opinions and numbers and it helped make a difficult decision easy. We didn't think that selling at the last week of the year would be good. But she assured us that there are buyers. And she was right. We had five offers. She helped us sift through all of the offers. It wasn't all about price, but predictability of the buyers and she helped us to ultimately pick the right buyer for us. Her communication skills are superb. She was engaged in the process completely and I could tell that she loves what she does.

Amy is the hardest working real estate agent I’ve ever known! Even though she is relatively new to the business, she has great business judgment and good instincts. She went above and beyond in selling my house. She found the buyer and kept the transaction together when they started getting nervous. We ended up getting the highest price in the neighborhood!
