We worked with Amy on the sale of an investment condo that we were renting out. She exceeded all of our expectations when her pricing and tenant strategy resulted in multiple offers, a cash sale that was nearly 10% over asking, short close, with no upgrades or cash outlay required on our part, and a continued rental for our tenant which was very important to us. Needless to say, we will be using Amy when we downsize our house in the next few years. Her knowledge of the market, work ethic, client service, and wonderful personality has us sold!
