Amy Bortman

Amy Bortman is the absolute best realtor we could have asked for. We have now sold one house and bought our last 2 homes from her. We first moved down to Atlanta from Michigan, and the out of state purchase was new to us. Amy was referred by a family member, who had purchased properties from Amy previously with high praise. We listened to that recommendation and Amy delivered on it. The process from start to finish was seamless. She was available WHENEVER we needed her. Whether it be a call, text, showing, closing, etc. Amy was very clear and concise in the process and didn't beat around the bush. We recently purchased our dream home, and prior to that we had looked at many, many houses with very specific things we wanted. She had the patience for it, and worked with us in stride. She didn't rush us, pressure us, hound us, or get frustrated with us being so specific. The sale of our previous home was just as flawless. She gave us advice on things to do from her experience, we did them, and the house sold extremely quick, so we could buy our current house now. 10 out of 10 (5 stars isn't enough) for Amy. I would advise anyone looking to sell or buy a home to go through Amy. I won't be moving again for a long time, but when we do, Amy will get a call.

I would personally recommend Amy Bortman for any of your selling or home buying needs. Amy was wonderful to work with. She listens to what you are looking for a helps deliver it to you. She recently assisted my family and I with our new home purchase. She was able to accommodate us with our crazy schedules and walked us through step by step, explaining anything we had questions on through the whole process. We will be using her again when we place our other home on the market as well.

She goes above and beyond for us! We just sold part of our land and it went in what I call record time! No problems at all with her, she was always looking out for our best interest! I am using her to sell more land currently! We highly recommend Amy!
