Knowledgeable and kind

From the beginning, Amy set the stage for our home search. We lived out of state, so she set up a zoom call to discuss neighborhoods that fit what we were looking for. She gave us such great insight into each one, and we felt secure with the search in her hands. She even took us on Zoom home tours before we arrived for our official house hunting trip. Amy gave unbiased comments about each home, so we could make the decisions without feeling pressure. It was clear she knew her stuff, and we appreciated that very much. She was always quick to get back to us via text or email, and if we wanted to see a house, she got us in quickly. When it came time to make an offer, her suggestions are the reason we are now in the perfect home for us. She told us what we needed to offer…and it worked!! Throughout the experience, Amy felt like a friend, and it made a process that could have been very stressful actually fun!
