We first met Amy when looking for a house to rent in West Hartford. She found us a comfortable, affordable single family home in a nice neighborhood. A year later, we liked the neighborhood enough that we decided to buy there. After a couple weeks of looking, Amy found us an affordable single family house. She was super helpful during the whole process. A couple of years later, my wife got a job offer in Toronto. We moved to Toronto but kept the house because we liked the neighbors so much we thought we might want to retire there. We decided to rent out the house instead of selling it. In less than a month’s time, Amy found us good tenants. After a couple of years, we decided to stay in Toronto and sell the house. We, of course, called Amy. She was extremely helpful in helping us get the house ready to sell. Then she found us good buyers and helped us to get a very good price for the house. We used Amy’s services for four different realty functions and found her to be excellent at all of them. Amy is our favorite realtor She asks the right questions, provide sound advice and is connected to excellent service providers.

Amy was absolutely incredible to work with and helped my family find our dream home. Our search was long, but Amy was always in constant communication, keeping us informed of new houses on the market. She came to each showing prepared and was extremely knowledgeable about every home we looked at—and if she didn’t have an answer right away, she made sure to get back to us quickly. Once we went under contract, we faced several complications that prolonged our closing date, all of which were completely outside of our control. Amy was very helpful in explaining the market conditions, comps, and timeline for the sale of my home. She was able to get the property under contract in less than a week. She worked with a professional photographer to get great pictures for our listing and was thorough in researching with the town, putting together the contract, and followed up quickly with the multiple offers we received. She was also our agent in the purchase of our new property and was very patient as we seemingly viewed endless properties to find our new forever home. She gave us great information on how to position our offers in this challenging market and did an amazing job of putting together full profiles on the properties we wanted to view (including town registration info, permit details, comps, and details gleaned from discussions with the seller's agent). It really helped us to position ourselves well when we made our offers. While we did lose out on a few great properties due to the insanity of the market (houses going 60-100k over ask), we ultimately found and won the best property in the best location for our family. Our 5 year old also adores her, so that puts her over the top.
