Amy and David did a great a great job selling our parents estate. The house was only on the market a few days before we had multiple offers. They where readily available to answer any questions we had. They found the perfect family for the property. I'm sure they will make precious memories there.

My parents passed away and we listed their home with Amy and David Bales. They were so awesome to work with. Very sensitive to our feelings too. The buyers were a perfect fit for our parents home, which made it so much easier to let go of the property. They knew this was a special place and they had us (Me & my Sisters) a gorgeous canvas photo book made of the home and all of the photos in the listing. What a special keepsake. Amy and David were our agents in the selling of our deceased parents home . Since this was inherited property , there were 3 children involved in the selling of the home . I am sure this made it more difficulty for Amy , but she kept all 3 of use very well informed of things concerning bids and information for closing . She was readily available when we had questions and promptly got back with us on any concerns we had . Selling our parents home was not any easy thing to do and it was a very emotional time for us. She was very compassionate during this time and even had a book made with pictures of our parents home that she [resented to each of at the closing . I was very impressed with her expertise in real estate and would not hesitate to use her again . David and Amy make a good team . I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property .
