Hello, my name is Amit Drore. I’m a 26-year-old real estate developer and licensed real estate agent specializing in high-end residential development throughout South Florida. My work is primarily concentrated in Fort Lauderdale’s most desirable neighborhoods, including Victoria Park, Lake Ridge, Rio Vista, Las Olas, and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, with additional developments in Dania Beach. These are markets I don’t just operate in—I know them block by block. Together with my team, I’ve successfully developed and delivered over 200 homes across South Florida, combining thoughtful design, strong execution, and a deep understanding of what today’s buyers actually want. From ground-up development to final sale, every project reflects a hands-on approach and an uncompromising standard of quality.
