Amina is a youthful, passionate real estate guru!! A couple things that separate her from others in her field is Amina’s transparency and education. My first phone conversation with Amina displayed just how knowledgeable and honest she is about the real estate process and reaching the ultimate goal of getting her clients into their home. I brought my plan and budget to Amina and she advised me of the cost and what’s reasonable for my max budget. She quickly let me know that I’d need to stay in a particular area to stay within my budget or I’d have to stretch my budget more to get where I desired to live. Our first face to face meeting reinforced my findings when she was thorough on the process of purchasing a home from A-Z. This meeting helped us connect and reassure us that we had the right person in Amina. Amina helped my wife and I purchase our first home in less that 2 visits to Orlando. We viewed less than 10 homes before choosing and closing on our home. Amina, was more than I expected when hiring a realtor. My husband and I had such a negative experience the first time around with a previous realtor so I was a little weary at first. However Amina changed my mind almost immediately. Miss. Stevens was on another level and exuded professionalism. She’s knowledgeable, patient, timely, and honest. Although she lived in Tampa, distance never got in the way of showings. If we needed her to come down she came and if she could not she’d send a colleague. If you’re looking a realtor look NO FURTHER, she’s definitely the woman for the job!!

I've known Amina for a long time but only recently did she help me sell my home. I've used other realtors in the past but working with Amina raised my expectations of realtors in general. She followed up with the buyers, the banks and even with my lawyer (who also seemed surprised and pleased by her efficiency). There's no question in my mind that I want Amina on my side for any and all future transactions.

My experience with Amina is that she doesn’t settle for less. She didn’t stop working tirelessly till she found the perfect home for me. She went above and beyond to make that my expectations and ere met.

So, lets just start with I was a first time buyer. I had experience with a prior realtor before. By far the worst experience I had. I soon as I meet Amina we instantly clicked. She makes you feel extremely comfortable. She gives you a break down of everything as well as what to expect. She helps you look for the dream home that you want. I first met Amina March 10, 2019. I moved into my home in April 12, 2019. It took just a month for her to find my husband and I or forever home. I will forever appreciate all her time, patients with us through it all. My husband and a I started our home buying journey with some research on our part, but Amina made sure before we even started looking at homes that we knew what the process was going to look like. There was so much information that we needed to hear from a realtor about the legal obligations when you go under contract and what all of our possible options were. She suggested different tools for us to utilize during our search to help us both find homes we wouldn't see on Zillow and get a better idea of how much these different homes would cost us on a monthly bases. Amina was very patient with us and took us to see so many homes I can't even count them. She made time to show us homes both on weekends and weeknights to make sure we didn't miss any options (homes were selling in literally 1 day). She tried to keep our actual options into perspective and give us a rubric to compare the homes with. Which was super helpful fro me because I'm terrible at making decisions. We never felt uninformed or out of the loop with Amina. Even when we were just waiting for our signing date she reached out to us often to make sure we were prepared. I loved working with Amina and plan to work with her in the future if I ever sell or buy another property.
