Amee answered my text on a Saturday night, and was able to secure a showing the next day on a property I was interested in seeing. She guided us through the house in addition to show us the development it was in, and what it offered its owners. She helped secure an inspector for the property and also gave us numerous other contacts , such as lawn care. I would highly recommend Amee if someone is looking for an agent who knows the market and listens to the customer. We’ve bought and sold 8 house, and we can honestly say this was one of our greatest experiences buying a house.
Amee was more than helpful on selling our home. We thought that asking price was initially too high, however, within 3 days we had 3 offers and the closing price was more than the asking price.
