Overall a great selling experience with Ambrosia. Selling a house in the winter in Alaska isn't easy. Especially for being a first time seller who didn't know much about the process. Ambrosia explained and helped me every step of the process. If I had a question she knew the answer and gave some very helpful recommendations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I felt like she went above and beyond what is expect of a realator.

Helped make selling my first home go as smoothly as it could. Made the targeted close date and handled the last minute issues to close on time. She stepped up and did more than required due to difficult buyer's realtor. Helped provide connection with contractor to make timely repairs too.
