Fantastic! Worked very hard for a low priced home, over 6 months of shopping time and 2 deals falling through! Would recommend. Eventually we found probably the best possible place in my price range and I finally closed on my first home. Sure glad it's over.
Ambrosia is super knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying my first home. She was always prompt in her responses and happy to answer any questions that I had. This is an aggressive market for buyers which is intimidating but Ambrosia was able to help craft my offer with little notice and edge out the competition. Overall a great selling experience with Ambrosia. Selling a house in the winter in Alaska isn't easy. Especially for being a first time seller who didn't know much about the process. Ambrosia explained and helped me every step of the process. If I had a question she knew the answer and gave some very helpful recommendations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I felt like she went above and beyond what is expect of a realator.
