Being the buyer I was hesitant using the seller’s agent but that turned out to be a positive experience for us. Having not bought a home in 30+ years we didn’t realize all what was involved. Amber guided us through every step from finding a loan officer to prequalify us...to handing us the keys at the end of the process. The best thing was that I never felt uncomfortable calling or texting Amber if I felt that I didn’t understand something. She guided my daughter and I throughout the 45 day escrow process and I am very grateful for her help and knowledge of this process of buying a home.
