I don’t even know where to start. Amber did a fantastic job being patient with us as it took us months to find a home. She was able to talk us off the ledge more than a few time after an awful experience with our lender, but that didn’t stop her from keeping an upbeat, positive attitude the entire time. She is so knowledgeable about the market and what it takes to get things done in her line of work. Just a year after we bought our home, we ended up relocating out of state for work so Amber then helped us sell our home. Even being out of state, Amber made selling our home probably the easiest thing we’ve ever done. She was there every step of the way keeping us updated on what was going on, when showings were, etc. Amber is now way more than just our realtor but has become such a great friend.

Amber helped us buy a home in December. The housing market being what it is right now, we needed a realtor who was on top of everything to make sure we got the house. The house had 3 or 4 bids the first day it was on the market and we really wanted it. Amber was that perfect realtor. Everything that was needed done was done speedily, correctly and with a smile. We got the house! Amber gave us great information on selling our old house as well. Even though we were selling it by owner because we had a buyer from word of mouth, she helped us with information we needed. Amber helped us with buying and selling. Our house sold quickly and was listed on multiple sites in addition to the MLS. Her communication for scheduling showings was timely and courteous. She was always available and made us feel like we were her only clients, even though I know we weren't. She always knew what questions to ask and had experience and knowledge about new builds which we looked into for a short period of time. We had the unfortunate experience of working with a couple of really bad realtors during our house hunting process but Amber knew exactly how to deal with them to ensure that we were getting what we needed. When our sellers refused to return the curtains that were in the contract, Amber offered to replace them out of her own pocket. These were very expensive curtains and we certainly weren't going to allow her to do that but we really appreciated the offer. Amber was always pleasant to work with and was aggressive when we needed her to be. She provided us with a lot of additional information including utility companies and information about the surrounding areas of our home. It took us a while to find the right house for us but Amber was willing to drive all over America to show us any house we were interested in and was honest with us about homes that wouldn't really fit our family. When we finally found our home she even offered to help us unpack :) I would highly recommend using her as your agent whether you are buying, selling, or both!

As first-time home buyers, we were put off by a poor realtor in the past. So when a friend recommended Amber Herbster, we were a little wary before we met her. However, at our first meeting, we could immediately tell that Amber would be the perfect realtor for us! She was incredibly personable towards us from the get-go and extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process.
