Even though we were selling it by owner because we had a buyer from word of mouth, she helped us with information we needed. Amber helped us with buying and selling. Our house sold quickly and was listed on multiple sites in addition to the MLS. Her communication for scheduling showings was timely and courteous. She was always available and made us feel like we were her only clients, even though I know we weren't. She always knew what questions to ask and had experience and knowledge about new builds which we looked into for a short period of time. We had the unfortunate experience of working with a couple of really bad realtors during our house hunting process but Amber knew exactly how to deal with them to ensure that we were getting what we needed. When our sellers refused to return the curtains that were in the contract, Amber offered to replace them out of her own pocket. These were very expensive curtains and we certainly weren't going to allow her to do that but we really appreciated the offer. Amber was always pleasant to work with and was aggressive when we needed her to be. She provided us with a lot of additional information including utility companies and information about the surrounding areas of our home. It took us a while to find the right house for us but Amber was willing to drive all over America to show us any house we were interested in and was honest with us about homes that wouldn't really fit our family. When we finally found our home she even offered to help us unpack :) I would highly recommend using her as your agent whether you are buying, selling, or both!
