Amber was great to work with. First of all she found us our dream house and secondly she found us a loan that we might not otherwise have gotten. She was on the case 24/7. She interfaced seamlessly with the other agent, the sellers, the loan officer and with me. She knows the area very well and was able to source inspectors and the like and get quick responses from them.
Amber was referred to me by a co-worker several years ago. We weren't quite ready to buy a house as we had ours on the market for several years in another part of the state. With my frustrations of my Realtor in Central Oregon Amber helped me to find an agent who was willing to work for ME. She found one and my house sold within 90 days. I then had to wait at least a year before we could actively start looking. I felt so bad to have to keep dragging Amber along but she was so patient and actually cared about us that when it was time to start looking she was all over it. She worked all hours of the day helping us to find the perfect house for us. But most of all she took the time to really get to know us and what our likes are so we weren't wasting everyone's time looking at houses that won't fit our needs. Once we found the perfect house she took all the stress away by doing all the negotiations, keeping us on track and making sure we were comfortable with our decisions and the process it takes to close. She is a super star and if there were 10 starts to choose from, I'd give her a "10"....
