Those of you who have not used or don’t know who to go with as a real estate agent , Amber Allen would be the one! I just bought my first home in san Clemente Ca. 1st time buyer , I know nothing about even where to start on trying to buy one or even if I was sure I wanted too, a close friend reminded me she is an agent and the rest was a blessing! I basically it was because of her I wasn’t as nervous or worried buying a house only because of her! She is so patient, not pushy , so kind , HONEST,brilliant in ways of making me understand being a first time buyer going way out of her way on so many difficult issues we had run into. Amber Allen is for real such a joy to have represent you for buying a home . Completely has your best interest at heart and not for the money honestly makes her happy because your happy! I more then highly recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent look her up! And forever I am grateful for this wonderful woman!

So many good things to say about Amber and here are but a few. We were relocating to California from Minnesota in 2018 and Amber was the ONLY realtor to not only engage with us, but to follow up! We ended up renting for a few months and, when ready to buy a house, guess who we called? Yep...the realtor who took such great care of us from the beginning, Amber. We bought our first house with her, sold it, and just closed on a larger home in April 2021. My wife and I almost felt guilty having her show us so many houses before we made an offer, but she was focused on *our* needs and not hers. Add to that she's a great listener, even better negotiator, and a truly lovely person whom we now consider someone who will be a lifelong friend.

Amber was the best she was with us from the beginning all the way to the end then even after she worked hard and always had the answers I would recommend her to any of my friends and family we love her and would always use her in the future
