Amani went above and beyond for us and was awesome in all ways— through the search, purchasing process and all the way past closing!! She is experienced, honest, kind, caring, professional and patient!! I definitely felt like she had our best interest in mind and was available whenever we needed anything. I cannot think of anything negative about her or our experience with her— she was amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

We got an amazing deal when we purchased our home in this crazy seller’s market. I have to say that Amani truly lived up to her motto: “The right realtor can save you thousands!!” We were able to purchase with 0 down VA loan; she got the seller to contribute $20k towards our closing costs; and our beautiful home appraised for $17k above contract price!! Yes, that’s right above, not below contract price. We were so fortunate to have her on our side. If only the best will do, hire Amani Warden

Amani has been our family's Realtor for many years. We wouldn't think of going through a transaction without her priceless guidance. She consistently delivers exceptional service of expertise! Amani has an impressive ability to remove obstacles along the way in this challenging market. She goes above and beyond to meet your expectations! We highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

We have used Amani for multiple transactions over the years and most recently for the sale of our home in Arbor Greene. She managed to get us top dollar and the convenience of staying in our home for additional 3 months after closing at no monthly cost to us, while we continued our search for the home we bought. She provides stellar personalized service and strives to make the process stress-free in this complicated market. She has the know-how, the experience and the tools needed to reach her client's goals. Amani's expertise is priceless.

Amani is very knowledgeable about anything real estate. We had several issues that had to be dealt with and Amani knew exactly what to do. She will definitely go to work for you and make sure you are treated the way you should be as well as making sure you get what you need and deserve. Amani Warden did an absolutely outstanding job marketing and selling our house in a very timely manner in Land O Lakes, Florida. She went above and beyond in the sale vetting potential buyers and recommending which buyer to go with. I would highly recommend Amani Warden to anyone who is looking for an outstanding and honest Realtor.

We just closed on the sale of our home in New Tampa. Amani was amazing throughout the process, providing us with excellent advice regarding pricing and negotiation. She also worked hard to keep the deal together after we had appraisal issues. Ultimately, she helped us sell our house at the highest price ever for a house in our neighborhood in 26 days from listing. This was our second transaction with Amani as our realtor, and we’d never go anywhere else!

We moved to FL from KY. We contacted Amani well prior to our move and she began the search. She emailed us homes as they became available and requested our feedback so she could better find one to suit our needs. We were able to find a home here quickly and appreciate her prompt communication, responsiveness and hard work.

We chose Amani Warden with ReMax to sell our home based on ALL of the Amazing reviews she has and so many home owners in our community chose her as well. It turned out to be the very BEST decision we could have made! Amani is the epitome of professionalism and genuinely a wonderful person. It was apparent from our very first meeting that she had a world of knowledge, expertise and experience! She was exactly who we wanted to represent us. We've never had a Real Estate Agent that made us feel that we were truly in the BEST hands as we did with Amani. Although we knew she had other listings and clients she was representing, we always felt we were her only clients. She provided exceptional personalized service. She always kept us informed of what was going on, her communication was outstanding! She had this Amazing ability to keep us focused and calm. (As we all know a real estate transaction can be unnerving). The photography of our home was outstanding! She made sure the photos best represented our home and it's features. Amani assured us that she would get top dollar for our home, and SHE did! Our home sold the first day of showings with multiple offers! She was the most Amazing realtor we have ever had the pleasure working with. As one of her previous clients stated.. Amani is the very first agent that I feel actually "earned and deserved every bit of the commission."
