Amanda is phenomenal! She was recommended immediately for the Fayetteville area when I reached out to the real estate broker all the way in MD. Obviously she is well connected, knows this area well, and is extremely responsive. For the first time home buyer or the seasoned buyer, she will give you the best experience you could probably ask for (so far as it depends on the agent). She gave some excellent recommendations for services as well.

After my mother passed away, I had the difficult task of selling her home. Amanda Stone was an absolute blessing during this emotional time. She handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. From pricing the home correctly to navigating the entire selling process, she made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her communication was excellent, always keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dedicated and caring realtor.

Amanda is by far the most knowledgeable realtor I have met. She is compassionate and truly cares about her clients. I was referred to her by one of my friends and I have done the same to my friends and anyone I come across who needs a realtor! She was very patient with me; I was set on what I wished for in a property and she sought to it that I found something that best suited my real estate needs. We had to deal with a rather difficult seller but her expert negotiation skills led me into closing feeling like I won big! That's how you should feel when buying your home. From the moment I met Amanda in the middle of November, she has been an amazing agent. I let her know what we wanted, and she immediately started sending us some houses in our desired price range, along with some general information about Fayetteville. Once I got down to NC, we immediately got to looking at houses, and she was more than willing to work with my hectic schedule to see the houses that I wanted to look at. Throughout the whole process, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information and resources I needed; even over the holidays, she was available and had an associate help me when she was out of town. I never felt pressured to make a decision too quickly or without enough information. Amanda also made sure to keep my parents in the loop, as they were helping guide me through the process as well. She was a phenomenal advocate for me and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Fayetteville area!
