WOW Amanda is a SUPERSTAR! This home was listed for 6 months before switching to her as a listing agent. She not only had the house beautifully staged to fit the style of the home, but she also hired the most amazing photographer to capture the house beautifully. Unfortunately, there were several flakey buyers, and most agents would have quit, but Amanda never gave up, found the perfect buyer, and worked hard to get to the finish line. She negotiated buyer repairs skillfully and also helped us get through being delayed by a wildfire in the area. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I don’t have enough GREAT words to say about Amanda. My husband and I were first time home buyers, so we didn’t know a lot about the home buying process but Amanda made it easy.
