WOW Amanda is a SUPERSTAR! This home was listed for 6 months before switching to her as a listing agent. She not only had the house beautifully staged to fit the style of the home, but she also hired the most amazing photographer to capture the house beautifully. Unfortunately, there were several flakey buyers, and most agents would have quit, but Amanda never gave up, found the perfect buyer, and worked hard to get to the finish line. She negotiated buyer repairs skillfully and also helped us get through being delayed by a wildfire in the area. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. Run, don't walk to have Amanda help you buy or sell your next home!!!!

Amanda sold us our house and our agent was very complimentary about her professionalism. We had some repair asks, etc., and we still had a hassle free closing. Price was absolutely fair and no hardline attitude some of my friends went through. Buy from Amanda!

Amanda is very hard working, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She helped my husband and I find and purchase a second home in Lake Arrowhead. She was very pleasant to work with and we highly recommend her.

Wow, what can I say. Amanda was so great to work with from start to finish she worked her a$& off for us and was always available to answer any of our questions day or night. I don’t have enough GREAT words to say about Amanda. My husband and I were first time home buyers, so we didn’t know a lot about the home buying process but Amanda made it easy. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions quickly with tons of knowledge. She was so much fun to work with and would buy (and sell) every home through her.
