We closed on our dream house TODAY thanks in large part to Amanda and her hard work. We are making a cross country move to Redding from Texas in the middle of Covid 19, which as you can imagine is very complex and stressful. Amanda has been a bright spot in the process. At the beginning of our process when we were just kicking tires, we literally cold called 4 agents, Amanda being one. She was the only one who not only continued to send us listings, but also followed up via phone several times to stay in touch, update us on the local market, and ask about our decision process. Once we got serious, due to the fact that we were in Texas, she on more than one occasion went to tour homes by herself with us tuning in via FaceTime! Throughout our process, Amanda has been very professional, yet personable; willing to give advice, but a good listener. Amanda always follows up on details, and is a strong communicator who does not shy away from a difficult conversation/negotiation. I would describe her as very knowledgable and confident, yet still very hungry, which is a great combination! Not only do we highly recommend her and would do another deal with her in a heartbeat, but we feel we have gained a friend. We hope that our paths continue to cross as we move into our new community.

Amanda showed us a home and since that time she was by our side every step of the way until we moved into our new home. We did not choose Amanda as our realtor, she chose us as clients, and we are so very happy she took that initiative and was adamant to find us the perfect home. We lost our home in Stanford Hills to the horrible Carr Fire. Amanda was very compassionate and heartfelt about finding us a replacement home. I admit that I am one picky client but she listened and asked what we liked or didn't like and she took the extra ten miles to make us satisfied buyers. She also sold our vacant lot in Stanford Hills within weeks of it being listed. Amanda has a built-in gift of listening and making sure you get completely what you are looking for. She not only was our realtor but is now a friend. She will do you a good job and won't stop until you have accomplished your goal of selling or buying. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
