Amanda helped me sell my home in a complicated market, no real comps for my rare riverfront home. She provided excellent information but also listened to my input. I interviewed multiple realtors before picking Amanda. Because this is my second time buying a house, I know what is important to look for from a realtor. I am a mother of two young boys, one of whom has autism; therefore, a realtor with knowledge and involvement in the community and school district was a must. Amanda had answers for all our crazy questions, from Can we build a shop here, to where will the sun hit the house during the hottest point of the day? She was always honest and never tried to sell us anything other than the needle-in-a-haystack house that we wanted. People don’t realize the importance of having a realtor who analyzes your family, understands your vision, and has the courage to point out houses that wouldn’t be a good fit. Amanda met with my family and understood my son’s needs and my husband’s wants while answering every concern we had with moving to Redding.

My wife and I have purchased and sold 3 homes with Amanda over the last 8 years. We were referred to Amanda by our lender. He said she was an agent who would give us 5 star treatment even though we were looking for fixer upper homes in a low price bracket. As first time home-owners, we were pretty nervous and Amanda did a great job of listening to us, re-assuring us, and helping us find a great first home. When it came time to sell that home, we listened to Amanda's advice and were able to catch the very top of the market post-covid. Both of our other home sales were in more challenging markets. We followed Amanda's advice in regards to pre-inspections and what repairs to make and what not. Both homes were under contract within 2 weeks of being on the market, closed without any issues, and we were very happy with the sales price. For our last sale were out of state (3000 miles away) and went under contract a few days after welcoming our 3rd child into the world. We started thinking about selling in January, the thought was overwhelming knowing that it would be during the last stretch of pregnancy and the newborn haze. The most re-assuring piece was reflecting on our experiences with Amanda thus far, and knowing she would bring 100% of her skills, knowledge and effort into this transaction. We leaned heavily on her and her team for inspections, repairs, and cleaning. In all our transactions, we have trusted Amanda's advice and she in return showed again and again that she had our best interests in mind. Amanda is a great negotiator. Things always pop up when selling a home that cause negotiation between the buyer and selling. Amanda proved adept at navigating all the issues and fighting to keep as much money as possible in our pocket. We moved to NC a year ago. Our experience with the agent we used to purchase our home here was good, but nothing compared to our experience with Amanda. Every friend that we have in Redding, we have recommended Amanda to.
